Guidelines for abstracts
- Abstracts must be written in clear and grammatically correct English.
- Author details must be entered in the submission system.
- At least one author must register for the conference by the registration deadline.
- Authors may indicate a preference for oral or poster presentation, but the final decision rests with the Scientific Committee.
- Maximum length: 300 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations, and keywords).

Abstract Structure
- Background – research context and rationale.
- Aim – study objectives or research questions.
- Methods – design, participants, procedures, and analysis.
- Results – key findings.
- Conclusion – implications and significance of the findings.
- Keywords – 3 to 5 keywords.
3.
Review and Publication
All abstracts will undergo review by the Scientific Committee.
Accepted abstracts will be published in the EACLIPT 2027 Abstract Book.
4.
Presentation Formats
- Oral presentation: 20 minutes (15-minute presentation + 5-minute discussion).
- Poster presentation: conference template and guidelines will be provided upon acceptance.
