Registration

Online Registration Only 
Registration for the conference is only possible via the online registration form on website. 

Confirmation Email 
Once the registration form is completed and submitted, an automatic email will be sent to the email address you provided. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly. If you do not see the email, please also check your spam folder. If no email is received, contact .... 

Completion of Registration 
Your registration is considered complete only once the full payment has been received. After the payment is processed, we will send your tickets with a QR code to the email address you provided. Please bring this ticket to the symposium and present it at the registration desk. 

Invoices 
If you require an invoice, please enter the relevant information ... We kindly ask that you refrain from requesting fiscal invoices before the event, as we will not be able to provide them in advance. 

Payment Methods 
During online registration, participants pay by bank transfer.  The ticket will be sending once the payment has been received. 

VAT 
Please note that, in accordance with Lithuanian tax law, Value Added Tax (VAT) applies to the registration fees and cannot be excluded. All fees listed in the table above are VAT-inclusive.
